They have heavy musculature in their upper bodies and back whilst are slimmer and lithe in their torso region and digitigrade legs, lending them a hunched, looming profile. Capable of flight on their home planet, they are confined to the ground in higher gravities without specialist equipment or gene-mods. On the ground, their size and shape necessitates they walk on all fours, using their tough wing claws as front legs and so proceed with a distinctive, swaggering gait. They are entirely comfortable doing this however, indeed having evolved to spend most of their lives on the ground. |
