Hermaphrodites do feel heat, like females, but usually in a much weaker fashion. In this state, they have even been known to sexually assault others in desperate search of sexual release. Hermaphrodites who feel their “burning” coming on traditionally take alleviating medicine and seek seclusion, emerging only when it is over... assuming they don’t have one or more partners that they choose to sate their lust with, of course.
