Description
U.G.C. Peacekeeper officer leading a team to secure an area of the Chasm due to pirates taking over the Stellar Tether on Tarkus. Captain Steele can offer to help the Peacekeepers settle the situation.
Appearance
A grizzled older man chomping on a cigar, the Peacekeeper pulls down the rim of his sunglasses as you wander up, looking you up and down.
History/Personality/Information of Note
Decker used to work security for Victor Steele, back during the Strike of '10.
Interactions
Because of the potential risk of a bomb detonation, there are orders from higher command to have Decker's team idle during the stand. Steele can assist in clearing out the Tarasque's pirate crew from the Stellar Tether.
