The label of this Blue Crab product is an ancient, sepia style drawing of a scribe, penning the word “Circumscriber” on a scroll. Usage
This item requires a penis to use. It is applied on use and will display a menu to choose which penis to use the drug on. In doing so, the cream will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, or will have no effect.
