Cryolizer
A cryolizer is an advanced piece of technology, designed for unconventional warfare. It fires an energy beam capable of quickly dissipating all heat from the target, potentially causing fatal hypothermia and even freezing it solid.
Usage
Can be equipped as a ranged weapon or be sold to a vendor for credits.
- Has a chance to inflict the Deep Freeze status effect if
- The target fails can resist cold damage. Freezing Resist threshold is Freezing damage as seen in the Codex.
- The attacker succeeds on an Aim vs Physique check, modified by the target's Freezing Resistance or gets a Critical Hit.
