After beating Illustria Po in Combate Steele will have the option to fuck her, leave her, or kill her. If Steele chooses not to kill the doctor, Po will quickly transfer ownership of the now bimbofied Kiro to you. If Po was killed Steele can relatively easily persuade Kiro that they are her new owner. Steele then picks her name (restoring her memories, and part of her personality if Kiro is chosen).
