At around 40 to 50 days into the pregnancy, the player will begin to exude Zil Pheromones, temporarily increasing your Pheromone Rating and decreasing hostile Zil encounters on Mhen'ga within their territory and outside of the Plantation Quest. Additionally, there is a rare chance to encounter the non-hostile father of your children who will explain that his and your pheromones are now in tune with each other, allowing you to recognize each other. He will then ask if you want to spend time with him, which leads to sex.
