At 140-160 days, all of the player's fluids (Cum, Girl-Cum, and Milk) will turn Nectar and their fluid output increases. At 225-243 days, the player will give birth to their bee baby twins, who will mature in 730 days into toddlers. If the player gives birth in the Mhen'gan wilderness a special scene will occur in which the the father will appear and carry you all the way back to his village(assuming you aren't a taur) and are assisted in the delivery by Zil Midwives and Shamans before placing your baby in the Incubation Drone.
