Most of the information you get about Victor during the course of the game comes second hand, from people who knew him during his life. Carl Jakovich and Anno Dorna are some of those who have a history with your late father, and it's possible to find and talk to at least one of his bastards during the story. Others who have had a known Victor in the past include Celise, Maki, Pink, Ezekiel Entara, and Horace Decker.
