Repeatable once per calendar year

At some point when the event is triggered, the game records the current year and will not trigger the event again until not only the seasonal conditions are met, but also until the calendar year has changed (often specifically until it has increased). That means that, even when using cheats, these events cannot be re-triggered until the next year rolls around.
