Can be installed by Sabrae to take its effect. Cannot be retrieved after installing.
Control app can be found in the Codex's Extra tab. Unlike Synthetic Womb, this implant overrides affected stats, therefore unless the implant is deactivated, PC's natural stats are irrelevant. It also overrides Infertile and Firing Blanks.
