Drink Milk ability restores 1/2 maximum Health.
- If Steele has Milky, it will drain up to 150% Fullness but will also restore up to 75% maximum Health.
- Also grants Health restoration to Hand Milk if Steele has at least 100% Fullness. 25% to 50%, depending on volume produced. Milky does not boost this function.
- Inflicts a status effect that deals lust damage each turn for 5 turns.
- Can only be used once per combat.
If Steele has at least 100% Fullness, Hand Milk Masturbation can restore 50% of maximum Health.
- Not increased by Milky.
- Steele will not drink if largest row has more than 20000 mLs stored.
