Despite their rapid expansion, gryvain military technology is notably lacking. They have fairly advanced plasma and laser weapons, but no standing military to speak of, and much of their green-collar work is privatized to Nova Securities or their home-grown robotics companies. Gryvain security, both on and off-world, is largely handled by drones and A.I.-controlled craft, as unlike most human societies, gryvain appear to have no paranoia about a supposed “robot uprising,” and happily let A.I. control any aspect of their security or infrastructure they themselves cannot be bothered with, especially in remote colonies. Gryvain-made A.I. is generally regarded to be among the most convincingly life-like and emotive, and among the most reliable technologically and personally. It’s no surprise that KihaCorp has a strong presence on their homeworld, and employs a large number of gryvain.
