After choosing to find Fazian, Steele must ask around Gildenmere and the D.M.Z. for clues about his previous whereabouts. Possible leads include:
- Gold Myr Group - A group of gold myr socializing over drinks. To instigate, Steele can act as a Good Cop or Bad Cop.
- Gold Myr Barkeep - The bartender at the Honey Nozzle. She is highly suspicious of questions, so Steele can try to act as a Good Cop or Bad Cop.
- Dally - Approaching Dally about the topic will have him treat it as a business transaction. Steele can choose to Pay 250c or Don’t Pay.
- Gene - Asking Gene about Fazian’s whereabouts will have Gene talk until the conversation goes on a tangent. Steele can choose to stay and Listen or Leave.
- Juro - Juro will be way too busy to help Steele, but Steele can push the issue by attempting to Make a Scene, bring up the Anatae, or Leave.
