Description
Lieve is a veteran officer of the Scarlet Federation war machine, commanding a small outfit of scouts -- the closest red myr equivalent to modern special forces. She is found in a small, disused observation bunker which she's commandeered as her billet, near the gates of Kressia. Due to her extensive knowledge of No Myr's Land, she's been assigned to act as a guide and information vendor for offworlder pioneers and explorers heading into the trenches.
