- Luca was originally going to have psychic powers that contributed to the Slut Training process. This was scrapped in favor of Luca being a Dzaan with slightly less addictive cum.
- One of Luca’s Butler Drones is named Sebastian. This is a reference to Sebastian Michaelis the titular Butler from the Anime/Manga Black Butler.
- Luca's Sisters are named after Greek mythological figures. Alyissa is named after Lyssa the spirit of mad rage. Katerina was named after Katerini a Greek city near MT. Olympus. The triplets, Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos are named after the Moirai AKA The Sisters of Fate, the hag-like women who weaved the tapestry containing the souls and lives of all mortals.
- Luca's lounge "The Lotus Eater" is named after a group of people that Odysseus encountered during the event of "[Odyssey]". A group of people living on an island dominated by lotus plants and fruits that when consumed would serve as a narcotic rendering its user sleepy, apathetic, pacifistic, and hedonistic.
