The Codex informs you the sap of the Uthra Birch is well known for its transformative properties. When applied to the breasts or testicles, it reduces them in size. It is a substance used by the vanae for ritual punishment.

Acquisition

Uthra Sap can be harvested one sample at a time from the Uthra Birch, found in the south-east jungles of Mhen'ga. It takes about two days before the sap can be harvested again, but the Birch itself has no encounters, so you can Rest there as much as you want if you need a lot of the stuff.

Usage

This item will be applied on use. In doing so, the sap will reduce the size of valid body parts.
