Not only are they well-funded, but they have a technical affinity rarely matched outside of research laboratories. The Mechanus League often appears on planets seeking to regulate cybernetics. At first, they may try a more peaceful, propaganda approach. When that fails, bombings are the next step. What better way to gain support than to ensure a large number of people need mechanical limb replacements?
