Progressive Aggression

This section covers all bad ends caused by the direct action of generic hostile NPCs if the player is unable to defend themselves against them. These ones specifically will occur if the player loses to an enemy or certain type of enemy after a certain number of (usually consecutive) times or after certain conditions have been met.
