There is a lot of trivia to unpack here regarding the titles of some of these bad ends. Most of them were made up by Wiki Editors like Droxzyn but some of them are officially titled by the Bad Ends' authors. Regardless, below is a list of the reference origins in case anyone was curious for some reason. Most if them are just music and movie references. The references are labeled with the Bad End's Serial Number. If the number has a "☑" next to it then that means it is the bad end's official name. Also, if you clink on some of these hyperlinks, you may be spoiled.

1.0 - This is the first Subcategory of the Corruption of Champions' Bad End Page.
1.1 - Alliteration. Fapping is a slang term for male masturbation.
1.2 & 1.3 - This is a reference to one of the members of FenCo. Jacques00. When Fenoxo and Jacques00 met for the first time, he was only known for drawing girls with positively massive breasts, including most of the Myr characters, to the point in which hyper size breasts in game are referred to as Jacques00-Cups. He now mostly does bug fixes and coding though.
1.5 & 1.6 - Alliteration.
1.7 - This bad end is named after the controversial American Movie The Birth of a Nation.
1.8☑ - This Bad End refers to the third and final form of the Buttslutinator
1.9 - A Bad Trip, is a slang term for a negative experience while under the effects if a narcotic or some other form of hallucinogenic.
1.10☑ - While this is the official name of the Bad End, it is unclear if it is named after the cult-classic cyberpunk horror film Tetsuo: The Iron Man or the character Tetsuo Shima from the Anime Movie/Manga Akira. Particularly the ending.
1.11 - Consonance.
1.12 - This Bad End is a reference to a Prince song of the same name.
2.0, 3.0, 4.0 - While 2.0 is another reference to the CoC Wiki, the naming pattern with 3.0 and 4.0 is a reference to the cult classic Anime Series FLCL A.K.A Furi Kuri a.k.a. Fooly Cooly. The first season is titled FLCL, the second season is FLCL: Progressive, and the third season is titled FLCL: Alternative.
2.1 - A Deus ex Machina, meaning the "god from the machine" or "the machine of god" is an unforeseen plot point or device that unexpectedly resolves or introduces new conflict. This is a reference to Machina itself and how unexpected that a rogue repair assistant bot could be the one to end Steele's life.
2.2 - This is a reference to the English Punk Rock band The Sex Pistols. Of course, Doctor Lash hates all thing sexual, and so not only does it avoid sex, but it refers to his six Plasma Pistols.
2.4☑
2.5 - Derived from a quote from the Gray Prime when Captain Steele tries to actually kill her.
2.6 - Cloud 10 is the name of a smutty text-based game created by Hand So's author Nonesuch. The game was based on his original intent with Hand So as an A.I. Dominatrix transforming the player into a menagerie of exciting and sexy forms over time. But, So's Expansion for these developments never were implemented after about 5 years, so Nonesuch struck out to make his own game.
- Originally, this bad end was called "LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT LOVE" a quote from Hand So.
2.7☑ - A reference to the bitch-suite that you are forced to wear, and your role primary role as Tamwolf's mate.
2.8☑ - The onomatopoeia for your death.
2.9☑ - This is a reference to the Sand Witch's Cum Dump Bad End from Corruption of Champion. In which despite being given the label that implies getting impregnated ad naseum, the player actually winds up impregnating their captor.
2.12 - Throwing Shade is a slang term meaning to verbally or non-verbally disrespect or ridicule someone in a subtle way. What better way to throw shade then to own 2 people in a shoot out, one of whom is named Shade?
2.13☑ - Alliteration.
2.14 - Quote taken from Sam the pirate techie.
2.15 - A combination of the words Fungus and Ferngully. Ferngully: The Last Rainforest is an animated movie that came out during the 1990's. Like the situation in TiTS, it involves a rogue deforestation machine on a rampage to kill a magical group of Flora~Fauna.
2.16 - Circle of Life is a song from the movie Lion King.
2.17☑ - I mean, that is what happens.
2.18 - This title is based on an infamous quote from the character Toad, in the game Super Mario Bros.
2.20 - Sound Effect often used by the YouTuber SMG4.
2.21☑ - This is based on a line from the movie "Star Trek: Wrath of Khan".
2.22☑ - I mean, that is what happens.
2.23 - This is a reference to the popular book and Television Series "Game of Thrones". This link contains major spoilers involving the death of a major character.
2.24☑ - This is based on the popular epithet "I Didn't Choose the Thug Life. The Thug Life Chose Me."
2.25☑ - This is a pun on the word Tenant.
2.26☑ - You are injected with a lot of Gush.
2.27☑ - This is an excerpt from the phrase, "Get Yourself Dolled Up, For a Night on the Town".
2.28 - This is line from this weird scene from the movie "Wicker Man".
2.29&2.30☑
2.31&2.32 - Reference-ception! - This is a reference to the 1946 song Prisoner of Love by Perry Como, the James Brown Album of the same name, the term Prisoner of War, and the proverb All is Fair in Love and War.
2.33-2.36☑
2.37 - This a reference to the doubling of Cunt Snakes once they are attached to the player.
2.38 - Alliteration.
2.39 - This is a reference to Dr. Calnor's reputation and the method by which he kills the player.
2.40 - Alliteration.
2.41 - This is a reference to Valden running off, and the player having to shoot down an actual drop ship.
2.42&2.43 - A bonus is additional money or benefits an employee receives for exemplary work in their pay-check. Schora presumably gets the former in 2.42 and the player serves as the latter and 2.43.
2.44 - Reference to the player being referred to as "Prin" by Petra .
2.45 - Alliteration.
2.46 - A pun on Maike's name.
2.47 - This a reference to the MMO "World of Warcraft" and "The Horde Faction"'s epitet: FOR THE HORDE.
2.48 - This is a reference to the space companion core from the puzzle-platformer video game "Portal 2".
2.49 - This is a reference to what the champion is referred to in Kelt, the centaur-incubus' bad end.
2.50-2.52☑
2.53 - This is a reference to The Nursery Rhyme Humpty Dumpty.
2.54 - This is a reference to the "Beatles" song Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
2.55 - This is a reference to a famous speech by Nazi Leader Adolf Hitler.
2.56 - This is a reference to Harem Anime/Manga. Specifically the sub-genre of reverse harem in which the protagonist decides whom she wishes to be with from a group of at least 3 attractive males.
2.57 - This is a reference to the Popular Web series Dragon Ball Z: Abridged.
2.58 - They never find your bodies.
2.59☑ - Alliteration Again.
2.60&2.61 - This is a reference to The Spoils of War Symposium .
2.62 - This is a reference to the Tremors franchise, as that is the scientific name for the giant sand worms.
2.63 - Alliteration.
- Originally this bad end was going to be named "Captain's Log", a reference to Star Trek.
2.64-2.66☑ - All of those things respectively happen to the player in those Bad Ends.
2.72: A reference to the game Among Us.
2.72 A slogan made with drink's name (as in final paragraph of bad end) and with consideration for its 'special' properties.
3.1☑ - There are several bad ends in which the player joins a harem. But this is one of the first.
3.2 - This is a reference to the Outkast song Roses. Specifically the outro of the explicit version.
3.3-3.4 - This is a reference to the ice age. But also the Ice Age movies, where creatures like Milodans occupied a place like Uveto.
- This bad end was originallt titled "White, White Ice of Home", a reference to the Tom Jones song Green, Green, Grass of Home.
3.5 - This is a reference to the Dragon's Hoard mentioned in fantasies and epics like Beowulf and the The Hobbit. It is also a reference to an old scalie magazine series.
3.6 - This is a reference to the tragic children's poem The Spider and the Fly.
3.7 - Obedience School is a place where dogs are sent to receive behavioral correction therapy so they are easy to control.
3.8 - This is a reference to the novel and movie Watership Down. In which all the major characters are intelligent, violent, and perverse rabbits.
3.9 - Refers to your relationship with Roz after she transforms the player.
3.10 - This is a reference to the practicing of Snake Charming.

3.13☑ - This a reference to the Maneki-neko. Otherwise known as the Lucky Cat.
4.1☑ - This is a reference to an interactive fiction game for home computers titled Planetfall, which came out in 1983. Apparently it was rather similar to Trials in Tainted Space. Minus the kinky, weird, sex parts that is.
4.2 - This is a reference to the Red Scare. A period of time during the first half of the 20th century in America, in which citizens and politicians where absolutely paranoid and hysterical regarding the spread of communism.
4.3☑ - This is a reference to a song by Europe.
4.4☑ - This is a reference to the infamous warning of an incoming nuclear missile in Starcraft.
4.5 - This is a reference to the N.W.A. song Fuck Tha Police.
4.6 -This is a reference to the Queen song Killer Queen.
- Originally the title of this bad end was "In the Court of the Killer Queen", which simultaneously referenced the King Crimson album "In the Court of the Crimson King.
4.7 - These are your last words in the bad end.
4.8 - This was the actual password to get into Zheng Shi.
5.2 - This is a reference to the hook of the song "Hypontize", by the Notorious B.I.G.
5.3 - This is a reference to "South Park" Season 6 Episode 14 "The Death Camp of Tolerance", in which the student's closeted gay science teacher tries to get himself fired for being gay, by inviting his partner to his class as a Teacher's Assistant, before doing lewd things with him in front of the children.
5.4 - This is a pun on Mandrake. A plant that resembles a human male or female, and is believed to have supernatural properties.
- This was originally named The Call of the Wild.
5.5 - This is a reference to the Cheap Trick song "I Want To to Want Me".
5.6 - Alliteration.
5.7-5.10☑
5.11 - This is a reference to The Land of Nod. In the Abrahamic Religions, this is where Cain was exiled to by God when he murdered his brother Abel. He would later come to establish his own tribe and rule over this land.
5.12 - This is bad end is named after the movie "Inception"; Directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
5.13☑
5.14 & 5.15 - Is referencing how these bad ends have the same basic requirements as the one above.
6.1 - This is a reference to the the first episode of the animated series Gravity Falls (Also those are first three options that lock you into the good end.)
6.3☑
6.4 - This is a reference to a marching chant from Stanley Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket.
6.5 - This is also a reference to Cheap Trick's "I Want To to Want Me".
6.6 - This is what the Frostwyrm refers to the beginning of her race's reclamation of Uveto.
6.7&6.8 - This is a reference to The Beatles song "Happiness is a Warm Gun".
6.9 - This is a reference to a famous quote from the movie "The Godfather".'
6.10 - An alternate take on the usual quote 'I pronounce you husband and wife!'
6.11 - These are your last words in the good end (Before the 'Game over' text).
