Belle was born into an old rich Terran family on Terra. Being bored of constantly riding off of her parents' coattails, she worked very hard to graduate from Luna Polytechnic with a Doctorate Degree in Neurobiology and Xenobiology. She graduated top of her class, and as soon as she graduated, she was offered a job opportunity and her own personal lab by Accu-Pitch to develop devices for hypnotism and thought manipulation.
