Captain Steele will recieve Bizzy's initial email when they have met the following criteria
If Captain Steele has at least 40,000 Credits in their bank account they can enter her apartment on Tavros Station after receiving the email. Upon entering, Bizzy will excitedly introduce herself and inform you of her skills and ambitions to be a Cam-Whore and asks if you will loan her 40,000 Credits for studio equipment in an Indentured Servitude contract with plans to pay you back your initial investment and any mods given over a period of three years.
