Lorelei is just a run-of-the-mill Terran. She was born on the Terran homeworld of Terra, smack-dab in a middle-class household with 1 mother, 1 father, and the occasional pet dog or cat. Being in the middle class meant they always had enough to reach their needs, but not always their wants and desires to ensure their happiness. When she was a teenager, she was passing by a shop window with very expensive, red, high-heeled shoes. She desperately wanted them for herself. But instead of stealing them, she bought them with her own money. Granted all of the money she used to pay for the shoes was stolen, but she discovered that the act of taking whatever she wants and few being able to stop her made her feel very powerful and important.
