Pregnancy Speed is the average of the male (father) and female (mother) incubation speed multiplier of the parents.
Notes:

There is currently no way to increase the male (father) incubation speed multiplier. Additionally, NPC pregnancies have hard-coded, set durations that do not take male incubation speed modifier into account.
Changing incubation speed will not affect ongoing pregnancies.
