In the past Rivet was a member of an unknown gang, which she left due to believing her was incapable of covering her ass after losing her arm in a gang skirmish. At some point, she lost her ear to some mercenaries after pissing of a peer by refusing to become her whore. \she also learned the art of graffiti art in cyberspace which she does for her hobby and marking the location of her business. She became an underground weapons smuggler after being screwed too many times by the zaibatsus.
