Upper Undergarment

Upper Undergarments are all the items that can be equipped in the top underwear slot.

When no upper undergarment is worn Steele will gain 3 sexiness and 0 resolve, additionally their chest will be considered exposed and they will be able to enter swimming area's as long as they allow public exposure (or use other measures to prevent full nudity) and the rest of their equipment is swimming legal.
