Description
A rather brutal and cumbersome custom-weapon, the Phasic Whip is a three-branch whip that thrums with an electrical current when activated. While it’s robust enough (and heavy enough) to just be slammed into an enemy with precise and skillful blows, it originally appears to be used for ensnarement against single targets.
Acquisition
Currently this item cannot be acquired
- But a slightly upgraded variant for each of the three classes will be dropped by Petra upon her defeat.
