冰雨之杖

一团旋转的雾气时刻依附在这件冰制武器上，几乎遮蔽了刻在其表面的外星符文。你的图鉴声称它们翻译为“冰雨之杖”，但它无法告诉你这种奇异文字的来源。尽管如此，它名字的由来不言自明。这根杖摸起来冰冷刺骨，而且光滑得让挥动它感觉像是一场赌博，即使戴着包里的求生手套也是如此。也许它不值得这么费劲。你驱散了脑海深处那个暗示“保持温暖也许并不值得”的回响想法。

在乌维托的旧中继塔处找到。

用法

可作为近战武器装备，也可出售给商贩换取信用点。每级为动能师额外提供 1 点动能伤害。

有几率施加深度冻结状态效果，条件是：
- 目标未能抵御寒冷伤害。冰冻抗性阈值是图鉴战斗属性中显示的冰冻伤害。强力打击、跳跃打击和静电打击会乘以该阈值。
- 攻击者在体格对体格的检定中成功，并受目标的冰冻抗性修正，或造成暴击。
