A pair of knuckle busters
Appearing like a pair of punkish but otherwise harmless gloves, the Knucklebusters hide complex circuitry between layers of ultra-resistant nanofiber. When the metallic knuckles connect with a target, the user can cause them to release a kinetic shockwave, followed by a high-potency laser blast at point-blank. The sheer force of this combo is often enough to leave enemies staggered, yet the glove's directional mechanism keeps the wearer safe from any kickback and collateral damage.
