This "displayed" femininity score is based on a "true" femininity score that isn't displayed on the stat screen, but that's used when calculating the Gender Appearance Rating. Rather than running from -100 to 100, the true femininity score goes from 0 (masculine) to 100 (feminine). To determine this value, it is: (100 + displayed femininity score) / 2. Ex: "Femininity: 50%" would have a true femininity score of (100 + 50) / 2 = 75. (Note: if the stat screen says "Masculinity:" instead of "Femininity:" the displayed percentage has to be subtracted instead of added due to the fact that masculine values range from -1 to -100. Ex: "Masculinity: 80%" would have a true femininity score of (100 - 80) / 2 = 10.)
