Siel as a species have wholeheartedly embraced body modding. At first, the siel used it to solve their species’s disposition towards erectile disfunction. Since then they have used it to give their species an extra set of genitals between their front legs. When they are not born with them naturally, genital modding is subsidized by most siel planetary governments.
