It is possible to get Connie as a bonus crewmember for the Silence and it’s successor, the Ghost, thanks to an empty companion droid chassis sitting in the cargo bay you can download her into. If you do so, Steele will encounter her in person during Kara’s second quest, when boarding the Ghost with Kara. Connie will introduce herself, and help her captain prepare for the mission at hand.
