Refractory Rate
Refractory Rate is the percentage amount of cum Steele is able to replenish per hour in percents-of-a-percent of Cum Capacity per hour. By default, Steele will have a refractory rate of 100%, meaning they will regenerate 1% of their cum capacity per hour, times two because the calculation assumes 2 testicles (regardless of how many testicles Steele actually has). A refactory rate of 1000% therefore translates to a 20% increase of Ball Fullness every hour.
