- Doctor Lessau is a person of interest in Ellie's pregnancy quest. Steele must have talked to him before Ellie can proceed with the fertility treatment.
- Doctor Lessau is one of several doctors who the player can approach in Ara Kei's Diplomacy Mission. He will make the counteragent in 5 days for free, but is skeptical whether or not aiding the bothrioc is a good idea. He will also make a fake agent to sabotage the summit. The player may decide which to use. Afterwards, the player can bring him a genetic sample to examine.
