The Frostwyrm will only take you as mate if you are capable of having offspring, i.e. you have at least one non-sterile penis or non-infertile vagina. If the player only has a vagina and is currently pregnant, she will allow you to leave but request that you return when your womb is unoccupied. Otherwise, it will trigger the normal Bad End for losing to it.
