- Nova's concept of a sentient armor with a goo girl living inside of it is very reminiscent of Valeria from "Corruption of Champions".
- Nova's customizable attributes are stored as variables in Steele's inventory data, which allows editing a save file to increase her attributes even further. Upgrades and customizations that change any of those stats will reset them to normal values.
