The player will be able to ask for sex after discussing Ithzan's Creator. Because Ithzan is an administrative overseer, she can change stuff about herself at will and unlike the previous encounters, can undo any of the physical changes the player gets from fucking her before your body is changed in the real world by loading the player's save file.
