Lucianna Vastnyr, or Luca, is an Alpha Dzaan. She comes from a fairly decent household in terms of wealth and upbringing. She is one of 8 Dzaan Sisters. She was originally going to major in business but fell in love with VR and Neurology, so she switched to engineering. She recently bought an old Noir-themed Night Club from her friend and converted it into a VR Lounge staffed with Butler Drones she built herself.
