After taking the Potency Test, Vi will offer to increase the player's potency for 500 credits. Doing so will increase Cum Efficiency by an amount that depends on how high Efficiency is relative to the Cum Multiplier (with a target ratio of 8, meaning being able to cum roughly 8 times from full balls to empty). The table below details by how much Cum Efficiency (which affects the max Cum Capacity) should increase.
